SALES AND FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR

Our client is one of the pioneers in renewable energy and this is a fantastic opportunity to join their team in a time of huge growth and expansion. They are looking for an enthusiastic Sales and Finance Administrator, with an element of invoicing and credit control to join their rapidly growing team in the UK. They are looking for a driven, reliable, decisive individual who can technically support the sales team and their clients. The ideal candidate will be a customer friendly, motivated, well organised and pro-active individual with a deep understanding of solar panels technologies, PV systems, PV software and storage systems.
Duties:
• Provide support for field sales team
• Provide Support for customers
• Sales order processing in SAP
• Booking orders
• Confirming orders to customers
• Managing accounts
• Providing weekly statement to customers
• Follow-up overdue payments
• Chasing payments
• Create invoices and overlook the entire invoice process
• Performing credit checks for customers
• Monitor incoming payments on GBP & EURO bank accounts
• Close communication with the finance department
Candidate requirements:
• Relevant degree/qualification or equivalent business experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales administration / inside sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with main IT packages, SAP Enterprise, Outlook, MS Teams, CRM (Salesforce)
